Today, we’d like you to meet Diana Levings, Office Coordinator:
Hello! My name is Diana Levings, and I am the Office Coordinator at Customer Service Advantage, Inc. I’ve been with the company for nearly three years, and during that time, I have enjoyed learning about the importance of providing high-quality customer service in public sector agencies. Some of my responsibilities are to provide support services to CSA team members, proofread reports, assist with the contracting process, order and maintain office supplies, prepare invoices, and light bookkeeping.
I was born in Ohio but consider myself a native San Diegan because I have lived in the area since I was a few months old. I graduated from Vista High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from California State University San Marcos.
Prior to joining the CSA team, I was employed as a Community News Editor at the former North County Times newspaper, where I worked closely with local schools and nonprofit community groups to publish news about their activities, events, and accomplishments.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, ages 12 and 15. Some of our favorite family outings include trips to the beach, visiting the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, and attending local theater productions. In my spare time, I enjoy making jewelry, reading, and going for walks around the neighborhood.
